* You will need to arrive by the noted times below, otherwise, out of courtesy for others, you will need to wait for the next class.

 

* For the last class in the mornings and afternoons, if no one has arrived by 5 minutes after the noted arrival times below, the gym will close.

* NEW - NOTICE: to those who come with their child/ren - out of respect for others and for the safety of your child/ren, we are reserving the classes of 8:30am to 9:30am and 3:45pm for you to come do your workout while supervising your child/ren. Everyone, please note that these times are not strictly limited to parents, all are welcome still, but keep in mind that if you do come during these times, there may be children here.

Fundamentals classes (BY REGISTRATION – email or call us to book your sessions)

Cost is $90, which includes 1 month of unlimited sessions and from 1-3 fundamentals sessions during said month (we will determine how many sessions are required on a case-by-case basis).  These sessions are scheduled as needed – you must register by e-mail or at the gym.  NOTE THAT THESE FUNDAMENTALS SESSIONS ARE EXCLUDED FROM YOUR THREE FREE SESSIONS. 


For everyone’s personal success, we highly recommend that existing members register for this Fundamentals class (existing members will be charged a one-time $90 for one month of unlimited sessions and fundamentals). 

 

As for new members, this class will be mandatory (exceptions given on a case-by-case basis).  The dates for these sessions will be confirmed to those registered.  You must register by e-mail or at the gym.
