BAcksquats/PushPress/Deadlift/BenchPress/Pullups (2 warm-up rds - 10 reps with light weight, 5 reps with med weight)
275lb backsquat x 3 reps 165lb push press x 3 reps 275lb deadlift x 3 reps 250lb bench press x 3 reps weighted pullups (#50) x 3 reps 15 decline situps
5 rds, 30 min.

Ten rounds for time of: 135 pound Deadlift, 15 reps 15 burpees (pour rajouter un peu de cardio  ) time: 27minsXXSec Merci a ma Crew Cherleader Denis, Mike, Lisa, Renee et Holy qui m'ont supporté pour mes derniers burpees  !!! C'était vraiment apprécié  !

Great work everyone!! I too did: CFWU x 2 As per CrossFit HQ Ten rounds for time of: 115 pound Deadlift, 15 reps 15 Push-ups (first 5 on toes, 10 on knees) Time: .....  close to 40 minutes...  Karine
