8 x 20 secs. of pull-ups + 10 seconds rest (4 minutes)
8 x 20 secs. of push-ups + 10 seconds rest (4 minutes)
8 x 20 secs. of sit-ups + 10 seconds rest (4 minutes)
8 x 20 secs. of squats + 10 seconds rest (4 minutes)
There is no rest between exercises.
Post total reps from all 32 intervals.
